Bob Brown, M.D. grew up in the San Fernando Valley in Southern California. After graduating from high school in Van Nuys, California, he enlisted in the United States Air Force as a means to further his education. While stationed at Nellis Air Force Base in North Las Vegas, Dr. Brown found his calling to work in the healthcare field while working as a dental technician. He was able to complete two years of his undergraduate studies during his three years at Nellis AFB, and after recognition by his co-workers was released early from the Air Force to further his college education. Dr. Brown completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a degree in Chemistry with high distinction. He realized his desire to become a physician and graduated from the University of Nevada School of Medicine with his Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree.

Shannon Bock, PA-C received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from CU-Boulder and worked for several years as a certified massage therapist and physical therapy assistant before returning to school to pursue her PA certification. She graduated from Red Rocks Physician Assistant program with honors and received her Master of Medical Science from St Francis University. She has practiced in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation and pain management since graduating in 2001.

She utilizes a wide range of clinic procedures including trigger point injections and ultrasound guided injections, as well as performing medication and rehabilitation management. She has a special interest in Regenerative Medicine, after receiving stem cell injections herself, as well as having participated in stem cell research. She also has a certification in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy with an interest in prevention and age management.

Shannon believes in taking a holistic approach, incorporating several modalities that best meet her patients’ individual needs to return their quality of life and function. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband on their small acreage in northeast Brighton area, traveling abroad or enjoying the beautiful outdoors of Colorado.
