Mile High Regenerative and Pain Therapy is a center for pain management located in Lakewood, Colorado. Those who have chronic pain that needs to be diagnosed and treated find relief with us.

Most pain management centers offer services that center around medications. At Mile High Regenerative and Pain Therapy, we are committed to offering a holistic approach to pain treatment including therapies, injections, massage and medicine.

Please be sure you bring the following to your appointment.

Insurance card
Drivers license or valid photo identification
Payment for applicable co-pays
ALL NEW MRI/CT/X-RAYS or other reports from PT, chiropractor, or other physician visits since your last visit with Dr. Brown

Before Your Appointment

When you arrive for your appointment at Mile High Regenerative and Pain Therapy, you will go over your medical history with a medical professional.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the following charges:

Office/Consultation – $50
Procedure – $150

After Your Appointment

I’ve had an interventional procedure at Mile High Regenerative and Pain Therapy. Now what?

You will be given post-operative instructions following your procedure(s). If you have any questions, please call our office at (303) 945-4790.

If you have been given a pain diary, please complete as directed and contact the office the next day at (303) 945-4790, or fax the completed pain diary to (877) 861-0393 or (720) 645-1959.

AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY

Call 911 or go the the nearest emergency room.
